Horizontal Shaft Impact Crushers (HSI)

IMPACT CRUSHERS

HSI (Horizontal Shaft Impactors) crushers are incredibly versatile machines used for secondary and tertiary crushing of a wide array of materials, ranging from hard rock and limestone to recycled concrete.
They offer effective material reduction as well as rock shaping and are highly adaptable to various applications. We offer two main types of HSI crushers to cater to your specific requirements: Type 1: Blow Bars and Apron: The apron, often adjustable, helps control the product size by holding the material against the blow bars. This setup is particularly useful for high-volume production and is favoured in aggregate and recycling applications.
Type 2: Hammer Mills: Unlike the first type, this version employs a set of swinging hammers to crush the material. This can be used to produce fine materials such as dust and sand and also produce cubical-shaped rocks.
